OF LA CONTEA GENTILE
Always carry the Official Passport of LA CONTEA GENTILE with you! This is the most excellent identification document: every self-respecting resident of La contea Gentile, presumed or current never leaves home without it! This passport was created by one of the loyal "citizens" of the shire project, in support and growth of it.
Fill it out with the information, characteristics and details that distinguish you: gender, species, class, hair, eyes, build, particular brands and much more!
This document is not necessarily widely or legally recognized by friendly or hostile, neighbours or distant, real or imaginary states. It has recognized and guaranteed validity only within the territories of La contea Gentile. Please consult the official sources of the various kingdoms, citadels and states before visiting. Special visas and/or official stamps may be required.

ACCESSO ALLA CONTEA
Come scritto sul nostro sito, per ora, purtroppo, non possiamo organizzare feste private, né siamo in grado di ospitare persone per il pernotto. È possibile visitare e campeggiare in contea solo in occasione degli events.
Gli orari di ingresso sono descritti sulla pagina dell’evento. Solo chi ha un regolare biglietto per l’evento potrà accedere alla contea.Â
ACQUISTO BIGLIETTI
Come scritto sul sito, la vendita dei biglietti online è terminata il 15 Agosto. Non ci sono più posti disponibili. Non prevediamo di vendere biglietti in loco.
LISTA D’ATTESA
In tanti avete acquistato i biglietti per questo evento. Praticamente nessuno ha rinunciato al proprio biglietto. Se avete compilato il modulo per partecipare alla lista d’attesa e non siete stati ricontattati, significa che non si sono liberati abbastanza posti, ci dispiace.
RIMBORSI
Per motivi organizzativi, il termine ultimo per la richiesta di rimborso dei biglietti era il 15 Agosto (come descritto sulla pagina dell’evento e sul negozio online). Per rispetto nei confronti di tutti non possiamo più emettere rimborsi.
CAMBIO NOMINATIVO
Se non potete più venire all’evento, sarà possibile cedere il proprio biglietto ad un amico o parente. Non è necessario richiedere il cambio del nominativo sul biglietto. Fará fede l’acquirente originale dei biglietti.
ASSEGNAZIONE FAMIGLIE/TAVOLATE
L’assegnazione di ciascun ospite alle varie famiglie/tavolate é stata definita dall’organizzazione e non puó essere cambiata. Non preoccupatevi se non avete ancora ricevuto un’email con il nome della famiglia hobbit. Questa vi verrá comunicata all’ingresso con il controllo del biglietto.Â
BIGLIETTI E QR CODE
Se non avete ricevuto un’email con la conferma dell’acquisto e numero d’ordine, significa che il pagamento non è andato a buon fine, i biglietti non sono stati acquistati. Forse per mancanza di fondi, problemi con la carta, con l’account PayPal, banca, ecc..
Solo se il pagamento è stato completato correttamente, avete ricevuto un’email con il riepilogo dell’ordine e i biglietti in successive email. Si prega di controllare anche la cartella Spam.Â
Se per errore avete cancellato le email della cartella Spam, sará possibile controllare il vostro nominativo all’ingresso dell’evento.
The QR code sono immagini (formate da quadratini bianchi e neri) necessarie per poter entrare all’evento. Controllate sia da cellulare, sia da pc, che i biglietti siano arrivati. Alcune caselle di posta richiedono l’autorizzazione per scaricare le immagini contenute nelle email, si prega di abilitare le immagini (compresi i QR code). Non è necessario stampare i biglietti. Questi possono essere controllati e scansionati anche su smartphone o tablet.
TENDE
La contea non é strutturata come un camping: non saremo in grado di fornire servizi come elettricitá, acqua corrente… tuttavia saranno messi a disposizione bagni chimici. I biglietti “Posto Tenda” dovevano essere acquistati sul nostro sito. Il posto tenda andrà liberato entro le ore 10 della mattina seguente.
CAMPER, CARAVAN E AUTO
Sará possibile parcheggiare il proprio veicolo nei dintorni della contea Gentile (non all’interno). Chiediamo a tutti di non parcheggiare lungo la Strada Provinciale 14 in quanto costituisce un pericolo e le autorità saranno costrette a rimuovere i mezzi.

Dresscode.
At some events we ask everyone to come dressed in fantasy clothing. This is to be able to immerse yourself even better in the atmosphere of the party!
For this event the halfling costume is mandatory!
We do not currently offer a costume rental or sales service, but putting together a real shire resident costume is very simple.
For men: shirt (perhaps white), shorts or trousers rolled up at knee height, comfortable shoes or sandals.
For women: long dress or skirt, corset, comfortable shoes or sandals.
From here you can give vent to your imagination with bracescrowns, pointed ears, cloaks, big feet, waistcoats, pipes, walking sticks...

In the book and in the film, the most famous halfling in the shire finds himself having to sign a burglar's contract drawn up by the Dwarves with a thousand footnotes and paragraphs. You can find the reproduction of this contract, in English, everywhere, but this one you see was hand-written by one of the loyal "citizens" of our project, in Italian and with references to the Journey that the contea Gentile is undertaking: the Construction and the Birth of a place out of the ordinary!
This document can be filled in with the type of trade or service you can offer for the creation of the contea Gentile!
Handmade paper, custom font, pages cut out and sewn by hand with string and sealed with hot wax.

OFFICIAL COIN
OF LA CONTEA GENTILE
Minted in 2022, it depicts the symbol of the shire on one side, the Acorn. While on the other side the face of the nicest mayor there is, Nicolas Gentile. This coin was created by one of the loyal "citizens" of the county project, to support and grow it.
Attention: obviously this currency has no legal value in Italy or other countries (perhaps only in imaginary ones). This is a gadget/souvenir from La contea Gentile. Certainly more emotionally valuable than other currencies in circulation in the world!
