Summer is about to give way to the colours of autumn, cooler evenings and that irresistible desire to gather around a table, a fire or a pint of good beer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And at Contea Gentile, of course, we couldn't leave you without something to celebrate!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a long-awaited party, they await us two new big events<\/strong>, different from each other but united by the same spirit: experiencing the Contea together, having fun, eating, drinking, listening to stories and letting yourself be transported for a few hours into a fantastic world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hobbit Day is coming on September 19th: a huge gathering of Hobbits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Saturday September 19, 2026<\/strong>, from hours 15:00<\/strong>, Contea Gentile opens its doors again to celebrate Hobbitude!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But this time it's not just a party. Hobbit Day will be a real Hobbit gathering<\/strong>, dedicated to the joy of small things, to tranquility, to freedom and above all to the pleasure of being together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will be a full day to experience Contea at your own pace: you can stroll through the meadows, explore the Hobbit houses, eat and drink at the Green Dragon, listen to music, participate in activities, play games, relax and spend time immersed in the peaceful atmosphere of Contea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And to conclude the evening, there will be a truly special event: the Official Italian Premiere of<\/strong> My Soul is in a Hurry<\/strong><\/em>, the documentary film by director Giuseppe Contarino dedicated to the people of Contea Gentile and winner of multiple international awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the screening, of course, the evening will continue with music, stories, and toasts until the event closes at midnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A free event for all Hobbits<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Hobbit Day will be an event free upon reservation<\/strong>, with limited availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And, as every good Hobbit knows, clothing matters too: Anyone who arrives dressed as a Hobbit will receive a free gift!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And when October arrives\u2026 Contea is invaded by Orcs!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If Hobbit Day represents the quieter, more peaceful, and carefree side of Hobbit life, things will change at the end of October\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the October 29-31, 2026<\/strong> in fact it arrives ORKtoberfest<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For three days, starting at 15:00<\/strong>, Contea Gentile will celebrate together the colors of autumn, Halloween and the fantasy world\u2026 even the darkest, most monstrous and decidedly not very reassuring ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contea was invaded by Orcs, Goblins, Specters and creatures of all kinds<\/strong>, who seem to have taken over the Hobbit houses. But don't worry too much: it seems they're mostly interested in having fun, eating, and toasting with a nice pint!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three days of autumn, Halloween, and fantasy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

ORKtoberfest will be an event for adults and children alike, with activities, workshops, music, shows, good food, and plenty of opportunities to spend autumn together in the most fantastic way possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The full program will be announced soon, but we can already promise you a completely different Contea than the one you are used to knowing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Come in costume\u2026 and you'll receive a gift!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

For ORKtoberfest the advice is simple: Get out your most fantasy or Halloween-esque outfits!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whether you want to transform into a Hobbit, Witch, Orc, Goblin, Knight, Wizard, or any creature you've never seen before, you're welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And anyone who arrives in costume will also receive a gift!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thursday, October 29: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM<\/strong>
Friday, October 30: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM<\/strong>
Saturday, October 31: 3:00 PM to Midnight<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tickets are already available, with various options available, including a special ticket that includes admission, food, drinks, and candy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An entire autumn to be experienced in Contea<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

First the great gathering of Hobbits, then the arrival of the strangest and most fearsome creatures in Middle-earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hobbit Day and ORKtoberfest will be two completely different occasions to experience the Contea Gentile<\/strong>, but both will be born from the same desire: to meet again, share special moments and create new memories together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, in September, slow down, breathe, walk through the meadows and rediscover the pleasures of the Hobbit life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In October\u2026 well, be prepared to encounter some decidedly less friendly creatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or maybe he just wants to buy you a drink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
